The Name Is Cody.
A few things about me, I'm a Maine Native, (Ski the East!) 
I've been Snowboarding for about 15 seasons, I started when I was 8.
I ride everything I can for equipment. 
I have a different style of riding then most
Outside of my mountain life, I'm a Massage Therapist and a dad. 

The Most Important thing you NEED to know about me? ... I LOVE to have Fun. [ Let's Work Hard, and Play Harder! ]

My Favorite type of ride is an early morning, wide open powder day. Good coffee, friends, and a stellar attitude.

Beginner - Another Program

Cody was awesome. Super encouraging and patient and had a ton of useful tips, couldn't have asked for a better teacher!

Beginner - Another Program

I took a one-on-one lesson with Cody on Tuesday, January 20. I am an adult rider who is struggling with turning gracefully and allowing myself to go faster. Cody is a very patient and honest instructor and by the end of my lesson, I felt more confident in my abilities. He gave me specific advice which I will not forget (e.g., the 45 degree "rule" and my speed-checking habit). As other reviewers mentioned, Cody is a very fun person, too, and I really enjoyed my time with him!

Intermediate - Another Program

Cody really tried to get to know our group and genuinely cared about improving the snowboarding of each member of our group. It is obvious he loves what he does, and this makes spending the day with him very enjoyable.

Intermediate - Another Program

Cody is a great instructor to conquer the slopes with! His passion for the mountain and snowboarding really shine through; each day riding with him was a pleasure.

Intermediate - Another Program

Cody in all from teaching me all the best possible techniques and skills the best part about him was that he made it fun. I feel as if other instructors in the past focused on making sure i learned the skills with no fun involved but cody made it all possible.

Intermediate - Another Program

Cody Buffington not only was a joy to spend 4 hours a day with, with his humor and stories but he advanced my snowboarding skills from a beginners level to a high intermediate. I believe that no other instructor could have taught me the skills and techniques that cody taught me. In an overall experience cody was a bundle of joy to spend my day with and wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else.
