About
I am an AASI certified level II snowboard instructor, and I've been teaching for 13 years (the last 12 at Okemo, and my first year at Butternut in Massachusetts). As a rider who didn't change over from skiing until I was an adult, I have great empathy for those who are just starting out or are looking to add snowboarding to their skill set.
In my years teaching at Okemo, I've honed my skills to the point where I can teach lessons in virtually any terrain - groomed trails, ungroomed advanced trails and trees, and the park and pipe. I can help you progress to the next level, help you prepare for terrain out west or help you learn to ride the park.
