About
I started skiing as an adult and have been fortunate to ski with some great people who inspired me to teach. Skiing has opened a whole new world of experiences and friends for me and I like to share with others. I was scared, nervous and recall looking up at the huge mountain and thinking, "I am not sure I can do that." I love the serenity of the mountain in the morning when it is less crowded. Trees, bumps, powder and some nice groomers - it's all good! You can always find great snow in the Powerline Glades at Snowmass. When I am not skiing, I am biking, doing pilates and hiking with my dog, Avalanche. I especially enjoy teaching women who may be nervous or anxious about skiing. Everything will be done at your pace and I think you will be surprised at what happens.
