About
I'm a dedicated snowboarder, writer, and social entrepreneur. I teach snowboarding because it's what I love and spreading that joy to other people is one of the most rewarding feelings that I've ever felt. I like riding freestyle but my main focus is to not have one. It's important to see the WHOLE mountain, not just one side of it. There are so many different ways to ride and enjoy a snowboard. Just choosing one focus is like eating the same meal for the rest of your life. Variety is what makes it exciting, right? So if you come to me to learn freestyle, bumps, trees, or just the first time basics you will inevitably learn a wide range of skills that will benefit you all over the mountain. Turning, spinning, grinding, sliding, jumping, and stopping are all connected maneuvers that can be used on any type of terrain. Take a lesson from me and I will do my best to present the world of snowboarding as a continuous cycle of learning and fun!
