I love to ski and to teach skiing! What better way to enjoy winter than to get out there on the snow, in the fresh air and sunshine, surrounded by incredible views, and learning to make friends with gravity! As much as I love making turns in fresh powder, teaching others to improve their ski skills and watching them discover the "joy of the turn" excites me even more.
When I'm not skiing, I may be found working in my studio where I do stained glass, warm glass (kiln-formed glass), and other fun art projects. I am also an EMT and volunteer on the Elk Ridge Fire Department.
