About
Skiing sometimes feels more natural to me than walking; it has given me so much joy and a welcome escape from my academics. I grew up as a ski racer in California (Dodge Ridge) but as I aged out, I recognised how much fun it had become to help the younger racers feel the rush of a well-run course. The natural thing was to apply to ski school. Each winter, I look forward to being on the snow teaching a class or practicing my own skills rather than studying for my next engineering exam. This will be my third winter on this coast and I couldn't ask for a more welcoming and enjoyable mountain!
