About

About  your guide:

I am a native Coloradan who discovered sports later in life.  I was fortunate to have had a vacation home here in the county.  So when I retired, I moved here full time.  I enjoy golfing, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. My volunteer activities include RMNP as a ranger, snowshoe guide for Rocky Mountain YMCA and have led hikes for the Colorado Mountain Club.  Volunteering in RMNP has allowed me to discover to beauty and serenity of a hike.  I also volunteer with many of the outdoor school programs here in the county.

Why hike with Sharon:

I have experienced a variety of hiking from Kiliminjaro to the Camino to hiking in my backyard.  I love the serenity and peacefullness of a hike. Is there anything more relaxing than a hike alone or with a group of people?  Being out with nature and spending time exploring it is such a relaxing way to exercise. I don't believe in rushing to the end but meandering along the trail taking.

I would love to share these experiences and the knowledge that I have learned along the way with you. I love traveling and would love to hear where you have been.
