About
I started teaching skiing while in High School in Cazenovia NY. I thought at Mystic Mountain where I was trained by some of the best- Gerry Favro, Tom Lott, Chad Steckle and Jim Brock.
During college - Mystic closed, and I moved over to Toggenburg. Working for Jim Morris, I thought often and learned a lot, and slowly became a better skier. I snuck through my Level II exam at Greek Peak in 1986, and then was finally ready for my Level III in early 1990s.
I worked with Jim and Dave Lisiecki for many years as one of the trainers, and often ran line ups. I also worked with the Syracuse University Club Team for 4-5 years.
Over the past 15 years I have had an opportunity to ski more out west, and know my way around Colorado, Utah, and California resorts.
I stay current with regular updates with PSIA, and skiing with my friends - many of who are better skiers.
I can make almost anyone - a better skier. But more importantly, I will work with you personally to make sure you have more fun skiing.
