About your Guide:
I have been a ski instructor at Winter Park since I moved here in 2008, before that I was a ski racer and instructor at a small hill in the midwest. Since I have moved here, I have skied every trail on the map (and all the trails between trails) with skiers of all ages and all abilities in group lessons, family lessons, private lessons, mogul camps, races, international groups, pretty much everything Winter Park has to offer.
These days I am typically skiing Winter Park or Berthoud Pass on the weekend. During the week I spend my time working as a land surveyor all over Grand County. When I am not doing that stuff, I am ready to do some Mountain Search And Rescue.
Ski Style:
Most of the time I am sliding around on Telemark or Backcountry gear - It is interesting and I would love to tell you more about it.
You want to drop into the cirque? Let's do it twice - how fast can you skate the ridge?
You want to cruise some greens? I know the smoothest way to the best photos.
Bumps? Trees? I can go all day.
Blue Groomers? Let's fly.
