About your Guide:
I have been part of the Winter Park family for the past 30 years working as a instructor, Ski Patroler and Coach for the Winter Park Competition Center. Currently I am still coaching as it allows me to continue to work with our youth sharing my experiences and knowledge of skiing. As a new member to the Guide team I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the mountain and the Winter Park area with you. Another passion of mine is fly fishing where myself and friends spend many days on the rivers and lakes in the Grand County area. Love to wet a line whenever I can, winter or summer.
Ski Style:
I love to ski a variety of terrain at Winter Park and Mary Jane- bumps, steeps, trees, and whatever you want to experience here at our resort. I Would love to share some of my favorite spots and shortcuts. The mountain has much to offer and my favorite stashes will now be part of your adventure.
Why Ski with Ray:
My extensive knowledge of the mountain and the sport alows me to share my passion of skiing with skiers of all levels and any age. I have spent most of my skiing life here on this mountain, raised my family skiing here and love to share it with others. I have seen this area grow into what it is today and would love to share some of that history with all of you. We can talk skiing or fly fishing I have a passion for both. Look forward to sharing and making your days here at Winter Park memorable ones.
