I moved to NY when I was 13 and learned to snowboard that winter. It was life changing! I learned so much about myself and the sport. 3 years later I applied for and instructing job at Greek Peak. Now I have been working there for 4 years and with each lesson I teach I try to make it fun but also a learning experience; but not just about the sport. I want people to experience the same enlightenment that I did. I ride a Ride DH2.3 with Ride LX bindings. I can also ski and I have taught younger kids (ages 3-4) the bascis. My skis are Primals by Eriksports with Diagonal S100 bindings. But if u ask me, snowboarding is way better!
