I began teaching ski lessons a month after graduating from college. I was working on the mountain as a tubing hill liftie in Whitefish Montana and I watched as the instructors skied by with clients all day and thought, "I think that they ski more than me" and "I can do that." Now almost 20 years later, I still learn and train on how to be a better instructor and skier. I've loved almost every second of it. Except when my feet are really, really cold. Then I just like it.
