About
Annie’s job as an instructor of both skiing and mt. biking is to make positive, life-changes in her students. Her career is dedicated to helping her students; whether it’s a young child or adult, discover themselves through skiing & mt. biking. “Every success is a celebration and another opportunity to feel good about oneself.” … “It's OK for a student to be afraid, however, it's NOT OK to NOT believe in oneself.” Annie cares deeply about each and every one of her pupils. She vows to help them meet their goals and enjoy the fabulous freedom and self-expression that skiing, mt. biking, and the Rocky Mts. can reveal.
“Snowsports & mountain biking instruction are my passions. Next to my husband and three sons, teaching enraptures my life. I love sharing our sports and strive to be the best for my students. The Ski Schools of Aspen are rapidly becoming my second family just like my current and past students have become some of my best friends. I can't imagine more rewarding careers, summer AND winter. Undoubtedly, I have the most gratifying and fun professions in the whole, wide world. Thank you to Nancy, John, Claudia, Sara, Gaye, Wendy, Stephanie, Joey, the Bettys, the Kroozers, ... and all the rest of my magnificent students who continue to believe in themselves and have allowed me to be a significant part of their lives on the slopes and single tracks!”
